Refund policy

Storywriting Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try every AI tool before paying anything. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged.
No refunds after payment
Once a payment has been made, it is not refunded, including for partly used months or years.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Storywriting Pro. Your plan will not renew, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which handles refund requests; if you think you were charged by mistake, contact us or Paddle and we will look into it.
